|Data protection information according to the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation
On 25th of May 2018, the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (hereinafter DSGVO) will take effect. This strengthens data protection and gives you more transparency about the data stored by you, about which we inform you according to articles 13 and 14 of the DSGVO below:
Which data is stored about you?
Within this internet offer there is the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses). With regard to your personal data, we draw your attention to the fact that these are stored and/or transferred to us in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The disclosure of this data is expressly voluntary on the part of the user.
Within the framework of your contractual relationship, we process and transmit the following data types/data categories about you at our company:Name and contact data of our contact person, legal form and representation of your company, bank data, contract data for your processing order and the recording of delivery details. At your request, we transmit data to third parties, for example for sampling your goods before and after order execution, to independent measuring laboratories for quality testing.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
The processing takes place primarily on the basis of the contract concluded with you Art. 6 Para. I b DSGVO. In the other cases in which no contract is concluded, by filling in the contact field of this Internet presence you yourself have consented to the processing of your data in accordance with Art 6 Para. I a DSGVO.
We delete electronic data and destroy data on paper in accordance with data protection regulations after the legal retention periods have expired, if no further use of the data takes place and no other regulation prevents the deletion.
Data subjects are all natural persons to whom the data and information subject to data processing relate. This gives you the following rights under the DSGVO:
According to article 15 of the DSGVO, you have the right to access your stored data.
If you find that your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to correct or complete your data in accordance with article 16 of the DSBER.
According to article 17 of the DSGVO, you have the right to the deletion of data which are obviously incorrect or which are neither still used nor subject to a retention obligation. This also applies if you have revoked your consent for future processing or if your data was processed unlawfully.
Under article 18 of the DSGVO, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data.
According to article 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to transmit this data to another person in charge without our interference, provided that the processing takes place on an electronic basis.
You have the right under article 21 DSGVO to object to the processing of personal or company data relating to you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
Rights of appeal
In the event of breaches of data protection law, data subjects have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. Due to the small size of our company, our small company does not have to and cannot appoint or appoint a data protection officer. Every employee is personally responsible for compliance with data protection regulations and has been trained accordingly. Complaints can be sent to us at any time e.g. by e-mail via the contact page of our homepage. The person responsible will then contact you.
Use of our data
The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.
